Return & Exchange Policy


At Namba Sarees, customer satisfaction is our priority. We do not accept returns, but we are happy to assist you with exchanges under the following conditions:

1 - No Return 

* Please note that we do not accept product returns under any circumstances unless the product is defective or incorrect.

2 - Exchange Eligibility

Exchange is only allowed if:

 * You receive a defective or damaged product

* You receive an item different from what you ordered

* Clear unboxing video is mandatory as proof.

3 - Exchange Process:

* Email or WhatsApp us within 48 hours with order ID, product photos, and unboxing video 

* After verification, we will arrange a pickup or guide you on next steps.

* A replacement product will be sent within 5-7 business days of approval.

4 - Non-Exchangeable Items

* Products bought during sales or promotions are not eligible for exchange unless defective or incorrect.

5 - Right to Refuse

* We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the product has been tampered with or used.
